Actress Margot Robbie lists her investment property in Los Angeles for $ 1.56 million

Australian actress and producer Margot Robbie has put her chic Los Angeles investment property up for sale for $ 1,175,000 ($ 1.56 million).

The price of the house, at Camrose Drive, Los Angeles, at least by celebrity standards, that’s an absolute bargain.

Some Los Angeles properties, including one bought by Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, sold for as much as $ 165 million.

Robbie bought the house from Oscar-winning screenwriter Dustin Lance Black, best known for his film Milk, and his work in LGBTQI activism.

The house, a mid-century wonder originally built in 1951, was purchased by Robbie three years ago and had an asking rent of $ 5,000 per month, which was later reduced to $ 4,200 per month, on New York Post reports.

It has only 950 square meters of space and has a modern kitchen, an office, two bedrooms and a central courtyard.

The exterior of the property features a blue and white pattern, while the interior has been completely renovated in keeping with its mid-century charm by Robbie.

The house is one of at least two that she and her filmmaker husband, Tom Ackerley, own in the Los Angeles area. The couple currently live in a $ 2.73 million home in Hancock Park, also near Beverly Hills.

Robbie has starred in some of Hollywood’s biggest movies in recent years, including the figure skating biopic based on the life of Tonya Harding, Me, Tonya.

Most recently she starred as Sharon Tate, in Quentin Tarantino Once upon a time in Hollywood, loosely based on the story of a murderous frenzy by followers of Charles Manson.

In Australia, Robbie is also known for her role as Donna Freedman in a soap opera Neighbors. She was married to Ackerley in a private ceremony in Byron Bay in December 2016, just prior to purchasing the investment property.

The sale is managed by agent Albert Sousa of Coldwell Banker Realty Beverly Hills.
